Hand2Hand Ministries

Hand2Hand Ministries is a food outreach ministry in partnership with local elementary schools. This ministry packs snacks in backpacks for children who may need food on weekends and delivers the packs to Riley Street Middle School, Jenison's Early Childhood Center, and Sandy Hill Elementary throughout the school year.

Items are packed on Thursday mornings in room 208/210 and Friday mornings in room 213/215.

Fair Haven's Hand2Hand Ministries (H2H) is accepting food donations for the families supported with this ministry. All donations can be placed in the Hand2Hand donation bins found in the concourse. Below are a list of some items that are being requested, although individual portions of other items will also be accepted. If you are able to make a donation, please bring them to the H2H Kiosk in the concourse.

For the month of March, H2H is collecting deluxe mac and cheese, fruit cups, apple sauce cups, and cream of mushroom soup.

For the month of April, H2H is collecting NutriGrain Bars, pop tarts and 100% juice boxes.
